Wonder seeds?…Flax, Chia, and Hemp

Flax seeds provides (ALA) Alpha Linolenic acids and Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and also a great way to get fiber in your diet. 

Chia seeds (yes, those Chia pet seeds) are a rich source of Calcium, Omega-3’s, antioxidants, fiber, calcium, and protein.

Hemp seeds provide Omega 3’s and 6’s, Amino acids, a complete protein and has been praised for helping the skin and hair.

Now what to do with them??  Put in your breakfast cereal, make date balls and roll into seeds, ect..
