Homemade Veggie Wash

Washing fruits and vegetables is important to help reduce your exposure to pesticides, dirt, and diseases.  Why spend money on veggie wash when you can make it yourself?  Most of the ingredients are already in your pantry.

½ a lemon juiced

1 tbsp baking soda

1 cup vinegar

1 cup water

When you mix it will be bubbly.  Stir well and put in spray bottle or airtight container.  Let sit on fruits and vegetables for 5 min and then rinse with water.
